Q: How do I book my service?
A: To book your service, follow this link in order to schedule a time for us to pick up your Christmas Tree.
Q: What happens to the Christmas Tree once it is picked up?
A: Valley Christmas Tree Removal has established a partnership with Arizona Game and Fish to provide trees for fish habitats in local lakes. Additionally, we divert trees to facilities where the trees are chipped for mulch.
Q: Will you confirm my service ahead of time?
A: Yes, please keep your eyes out for an email from with details on your pick-up.
Q: Where do I leave my tree for a curbside pickup?
A: For a curbside pickup, you can place your tree on the curb outside of your house. We will come by and pick it up as well as clean up excess pine needles.
Q: What forms of payments do you accept?
A: We accept cash, check made out to Ahwatukee Christmas LLC, or Venmo payments. Please email if you intend to pay with Venmo.
Q: What if there is an issue with my service?
A: Valley Christmas Tree Removal LLC welcomes your feedback & will send out a survey form to every customer after their service is done.

Q: What should I do before the in-home Christmas tree removal?
A: To ensure optimal service, please provide a clear path for us to remove the tree from your home with as little obstruction as possible. Valley Christmas Tree Removal politely asks you to remove any lights or ornaments off your tree to make the service quick and easy for everyone. We will clean up the entire mess to take the hassle out of your holiday!
Q: Do I need to be home for the curbside pickup?
A: No, you do not have to be home for the curbside pickup, you can choose to leave the payment in a designated place for us to grab.
Q: Will masks be worn during the service due to COVID-19?
A: Yes, our company follows the COVID-19 CDC guidelines so masks and gloves will be worn at all times during the service. We also ask that you socially distance during your service to keep you & our employees as safe as possible.
Q: Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies to you for the service?
A: No, you are not responsible to provide anything for us. Our team is equipped with all the necessary equipment in order to provide our best service to you. You may provide your vacuum and broom if you prefer, however, this is not required.
Q: What happens if something is damaged or broken during the service in our home?
A: Ahwatukee Christmas LLC treats every single home we service with the utmost respect. If something does happen to be damaged or broken as a result of our service, we will work to solve this issue. Our company and crew are fully trained & insured.
Q: What if no one shows up to our service?
